James Gang's Inkwells Alexi "Lexi" was sired by my first and best Springer Stacey's Inkwell "Ink".  When I brought Ink home my wife thought it looked like someone splattered an old quill pen all over him hence the name Ink.  I will take luck any day since I knew very little about springers when I bought Ink. Just by chance after I got him home and started looking at the pedigree did we realize how well he was bred, going back to the famed FTCH Badgercourt Druid several times.  A more loyal yet driven gundog would be hard to find.  ​

Lexi was our pick of Ink's last sired litter.  We have puppies by Ink in thirty states and Canada.  Lexi raises puppies that are top notch family pets and great gundogs.
